Eco Council

Our Eco Committee are a group of children who have applied for the committee role as they are passionate about looking after our planet and improving our environment, especially around school! We have delivered and taken part in lots of projects over the last two years and all of this hard work earned us an Eco-Schools Green Flag in 2022.

We have collected batteries for recycling, launched a switch off campaign in school and taught the school how to make bird feeders at home!

This year we want to focus more on improving the grounds surrounding our school and continue to educate the staff and pupils in why we must look after this environment. We want to increase plants and wildlife on the school grounds and make sure the outside of our school is just as inviting as the inside.
